How to Register
To register for the Sterling Bank internet Banking Service, you would have to visit the Customer help desk of the nearest sterling bank branch to you.
You would be given an application form to fill. Ensure that you fill the form correctly and submit it to the Customer Care Agent for processing.
If your application is approved, you would receive a mail from Sterling Bank containing your initial log in details which you can change and personalize later.
You would also be issued the Secure Token Device. This device is designed to protect internet banking customers from any compromise on their account. This device should be used by you whenever you need to perform any transaction on your internet banking platform.
How to Log In
To log in to your Sterling bank internet banking account, go to https://bankonline.sterlingbankng.com/web/guest/welcome. At the top right hand corner, you would see the log in column where you can fill in your login details including your password and login ID.
