Sheree Victoria Murphy, born on 22 August 1975, is a prominent English actress and television presenter, celebrated for her versatile roles across various soap operas and reality shows. Her noteworthy portrayals include Dawn in “Only Fools and Horses,” Tricia Dingle in ITV’s “Emmerdale,” Eva Strong in Channel 4’s “Hollyoaks,” and Dakota Davies in the Australian soap opera “Neighbours.”

Born in Stoke Newington, north London, Murphy grew up as the only girl among five siblings. Her early education included attending the Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts from the age of nine, followed by the Sylvia Young Theatre School. Despite her humble beginnings in a council house, Murphy’s passion for acting emerged early, with her first notable role as a female mugger in the 1996 Christmas episode of “Only Fools and Horses.”
