Betty Kyalo is a Kenyan media personality, news anchor and businesswoman. She currently works for with K24.
Betty Kyalo was born on March 15, 1989, in Kajiado county. She grew up in Ongata Rongai and Kahawa West in Nairobi, Kenya.
Betty Kyalo began schooling at Olerai Primary School and continued at Uhuru gardens primary school for her primary education before she gained admission to Kangundo Girls High. After her graduation, Betty Kyalo was enrolled at Daystar University where she obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication.
Betty Kyalo developed the passion for journalism and had veteran TV anchor Catherine Kasavuli as her role model. She started practising journalism as an intern with KTN. She became the host of Prime Time News on KTN. She now works for K24 as a weekend news anchor and also runs a program dubbed Upclose With Betty Kyalo and the Weekend With Betty Kyalo.
